Bowers' Managing Partners, Mike D'Avirro, CPA, and Carl Austin, CPA, are excited to announce they will be expanding Bowers' Rochester presence through its merger of Kasperski Dinan & Rink CPAs, and partnership with Tracey Rink, CPA, and Rick Kasperski, CPA effective January 1, 2024.
This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone in our journey, combining both firms' strengths, expertise, and resources. Together, we look forward to delivering enhanced services and even greater value to our clients. Tracey Rink and Rick Kasperski founded their practice 20 years ago to provide services based on trust and integrity while fostering meaningful relationships with clients.

Team Expansion and Talent Acquisition in Rochester
Bowers is proud to announce recent key additions to our Rochester team.
Ryan Kretchmer, CPA, has been promoted to the position of partner in the Rochester office. A Rochester native and graduate of SUNY Geneseo, Ryan brings more than 25 years of experience and expertise as a tax professional working with businesses in many different industries as well as high-net-worth individuals.
We also welcomed four highly skilled staff accountants this past week.

Bowers always looks to hire and develop exceptional talent. Our expansion in Rochester opens exciting avenues for collaboration with top-notch interns from esteemed institutions such as SUNY Geneseo, SUNY Brockport, Keuka College, St. John Fisher, RIT, and the University of Rochester.
Our firm has a well-established and robust internship program in our Syracuse and Watertown offices. We are excited to extend the same enriching experience to the talented individuals in Rochester come spring 2024, when we will bring on seven interns from these local institutions.
