Business Development Group
The business development (BD) group is open to all team members. The goal is to provide resources that help individuals grow their personal and professional networks, build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, and learn more about complementary industries for resources and referrals. The BD group features monthly education sessions and after-hours networking events with local professionals.
Leadership Development Program
We believe in promoting long-term career success within the firm. This opportunity is available to help manager-level employees develop their leadership skills. The goal is to develop future partners while fostering leadership development skills.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
Various training options to support and accelerate your career include firm-provided CPE courses, as well as paid-for/reimbursed designated CPE courses.
Mentoring Program
Mentoring is an important part of the day-to-day activities of Bowers. We believe that a successful mentoring program will support professional development and help build a connective and communicative workplace. All staff, supervisors, seniors, and managers are assigned a trusted and qualified mentor to discuss professional issues and to seek and receive advice on how to balance new responsibilities.
