Throughout his career, he has consistently driven EBITDA growth by executing organic revenue strategies, integrating acquisitions, and improving profit margins. His ability to lead successful operating initiatives has enhanced business performance while building high-performing teams and implementing lean, technology-driven processes. Jon’s strong background in change management and acquisition integration will be instrumental as Bowers continues to expand through both organic growth and strategic partnerships.
