We are excited to welcome our 2026 intern class, who officially began their internships at the beginning of February. With their orientation behind them, the interns are already off and running in our Rochester, Watertown, and Syracuse offices.
Across all three locations, we have welcomed Tax Interns who are supporting our teams during the busy season and gaining valuable hands-on experience. Our Rochester and Syracuse offices have also brought on Audit Interns who have begun working alongside engagement teams to learn the fundamentals of the audit process. Rochester additionally welcomed an Administrative Intern who is assisting with daily operations and supporting several firm procedures.
This year also marks the third year of the rollout of our Bowers Intern Mentor Collective Program. Through this program, each intern is paired with a mentor who is a staff or senior accountant. The goal is to guide interns through their work, help them build confidence in their skills, and provide a reliable source of support as they progress through the season. Our mentors and team ensure every intern has the resources, training, and encouragement needed to make the most of their experience.
As part of our commitment to recognizing their hard work and welcoming them into the firm, each intern is also featured across our social media platforms throughout the season.
