Originally from Syracuse, New York, Bill graduated from LeMoyne College with a B.S. in Accounting in 1986. In addition to being a licensed CPA in the State of New York, Bill is licensed as a registered principal and a New York and Florida Life, Health and Accident Agent.  Bill is Certified Financial Planner and a Personal Financial Specialist.

Bill’s areas of expertise include financial planning, tax planning, research and compliance, estate and retirement planning, computer consulting and business advisory services.
