Originally from Syracuse, New York, Donald graduated from LeMoyne College with a B.S. in Accounting in 1982.

Donald’s areas of expertise include closely-held businesses, including distributors, manufacturers and retail operators.  He is also the lead partner in the firm's Sarbanes-Oxley and Financial Institutions practice.
