Originally from Baldwinsville, New York, David graduated from SUNY Oswego in 1982 with a B.S. in Accounting. Initially starting his Public Accounting career with Frank & Zimmerman & Co. CPA’s in Manhattan, David went on to establish himself as a sole practitioner in Upstate New York from 1990 until joining the firm in December 2006.

Dave's areas of expertise include the small business, construction, food service and recreation industries.
