Originally from Utica, New York, David graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1986.

David’s areas of expertise include construction, real estate, railroad transportation, manufacturing and service industries; corporate mergers and acquisitions; tax compliance, research, planning and consulting.  In addition, David has successfully represented clients in federal and state audits in such areas as income tax, sales tax and excise tax.  He has also authored New York State Technical Service Advisory opinions in which the State acquiesced to the positions taken for our clients.
