On December 7th,
Joseph
Mocciaro, CPA, Partner at Bowers and Company, CPAs, will
co-present a one-day seminar on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act at the
Ramada Inn, 1305 Buckley Road, Syracuse, New York.
From 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Joseph Mocciaro, CPA from Bowers &
Company CPAs, along with Sam A. Deeb, CPA, M.B.A. from Senesis
Corporation and Christopher J. Bonner, Esq. from Hiscock and
Barclay will provide information on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act which
was created in 2002 to re-emphasize the necessity for honest and
fair playing ground in the United States financial markets. The
seminar will provide helpful strategies on how to take a
risk-based approach to implement the act and provide a clear
understanding of the act’s framework.
