Bill Kriesel presented two days of seminars on partnership taxation to Farm Credit of Western New York and related entities on June 24^th and 25^th in Waterloo, New York at their Advanced Partnership Tax Seminar.  Topics included the sale of partnership interests, required allocation of ordinary and capital gain assets, and several other complicated partnership tax topics.  There were approximately 50 tax professionals attending the conference.
